Leading the vision for ZiM Innovations Inc., Kristina combines her life experience in trauma and expertise in grit to influence social change through wellness. Holding a B.A. in Sociology from Arizona State University, two graduate degrees including a M.A. in Teaching and M.S. in Integrated Design, Technology, & Business, both from the University of Southern California, Kristina has built an extraordinary cross-disciplinary team on a mission to disrupt toxic tech, business, and culture. As an artist, activist, educator, and entrepreneur, Kristina continues the social impact legacy of her great-great uncle, Jackie Robinson.

Join Our Team!

Looking for a fun and fast-paced environment to gain hands-on experience in the startup world.

During the 3-month long fellowship you will receive hands-on career experience in the fast-paced startup world along with career training by experts in the beauty, business, and technology industries. Round 3 applicants will learn about the potential for financial stipend during their 3rd round interview process. Your anticipated time commitment will range between 10-20 hours per week. Upon completion of the 3-month commitment, fellows become eligible for part-time and full-time employment roles with salary & equity.

Building upon 20 years of 2D, 3D, exhibition design, and children's product design, Davina channels her expertise in management at The Getty Museum, Natural History Museum of Los Angeles, and as faculty at USC's Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Academy to guide ZiM's perspective in artistic and experiential design.

From her thriving career as a human factors researcher and lead design strategist at IDEO to her accomplishments as an author, and instructor at USC’s Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Academy, Sue is a true master of human centered design. Her foundations in cross-cultural experiences, creative learning, and innovation expertly advises the vision of ZiM.
